How We Work

A Simple, Joyful Process

From the first conversation to the final walk-through, Bonnie guides every step so the journey is as beautiful as the destination.

The Consultation

We identify your particular goals for the project, address the budget, and discuss planning your dream home over a phone call. Your site visit appointment is booked after this call.

Design Direction

Color direction and schematics are presented to you, where you can provide feedback, ask questions, and fine tune the direction of the design.

The Presentation

We develop the furniture, fabric, and finish selections for our detailed design presentation. We take your feedback to make any revisions, and finalize the fabric and finish selections for your custom design proposal.

Proposal & Procurement

This stage involves meeting on site with specialty contractors, our workroom, and all necessary trades for your project. Here we begin gathering estimates specific to your project scope and put together a detailed cost proposal. Upon approval, you’ll receive a request for payment to begin the ordering and procurement phase. From that point on, the ball is in our court. We carefully manage the entire logistics process through installation, giving you an effortless home renovation experience.

Installation

We have established close working relationships with the trade vendors that we bring into your home. We manage all of the deliveries, contractors, and installations. We are here to handle all logistics and any product issues that may arise. Your trust is important to us, and we want to ensure you are thrilled with our service and have an exceptional experience.
